 ALPHABETICAL DIET Alphabetical diet is one in which one's take one letter diet for 26 days regularly. It starts from A and end in Z. It is basically a cooking and eating challenge and allows a variety of diet in every day life. It is not a weight loss plan. Here we discuss food and drinks available in Pakistan. Food is the bedrock upon which a healthy life is based, and is the body's buffer against the stresses, strains, and onslaught of an increasingly toxic environment. Food can be used to support long-term health as well as treat acute conditions. In Chinese and Ayurvedic traditions have for thousands of years followed the concept that different food have specific healthy properties.

CARBOHYDRATE Carbohydrates are a group of nutrients important in the diet as a source of energy. They contain the elements carbon, hydrogen and oxygen and are produced in plants by the process of photosynthesis.
